Cancellation REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
No cosmetic products and crystals displayed on the portal are subject to any refund or return.
To claim any refund or return, the customer must raise the relevant problem within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
If Refunds get approved, they will be processed within 7 days and further will be initiated/credited within 10-12 working days.
In the case of COD orders, account details will be requested for the initiation of the refunds.
In case of Prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 10-12 working days.
If you fail to receive the ordered shipment within 15 days of the order placement, you will be entitled to claim the refund (the order amount paid).
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Some products have a 5 days return window(for such products return window is mentioned on the product page). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return can only be done incase we do not have any replacement product to send i.e. the product is out of stock. If customer do not wish to take replacement product, he can request for any other product of same value or coupon of same value.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We endeavor to serve our clients with the best experience. We do not facilitate cancellation for products once placed. However, you can make an addition to your current order/exchange the product with the same value item till the time it is under pending pickup.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Alert regarding Fake Messages, Calls Related to Prize from Tarot stick
Tarot Stick does not request or send any communication via e-mail, WhatsApp messages or via telephone seeking payments from customers for any Prize Money. No such scheme is being run by the company. If you receive an e-mail from someone claiming to be from Tarot Stick and demanding Money in lieu of giving any kind of prize scheme Do not reply. Tarot Stick does not ask its customers to make any kind of payment to any particular bank account or in the name of any individual person. It is therefore advised to all customers not to entertain any such message or call and do not share any confidential information like bank account, credit card details, etc.
